Brand Assistant (Part-time, South Korea)

Semi-remote, South Korea

Are you passionate about building a start-up brand? And looking to gain experience in marketing and ecommerce? 

We are looking for a brand assistant to assist us in our brand managing work and digital marketing campaigns. You will have the opportunity to learn the systems, thought processes and workflows of a fast-growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct market research and compile relevant data
  • Operate social media channels by creating content with global creative team- Instagram, Naver blog, Facebook
  • Localize global marketing contents in KR including global website, banners, video 
  • Cross-check marketplace orders and ensure deliveries on time by communicating with a 3PL warehouse.
  • Assist marketplace management including responding to customer review, inquiry and data management.
  • Lead influencer marketing programs by conducting research, contacting the influencers, and communicating with them to guide to delivery brand message (Youtube, Instagram, Naver blog)
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
  • Take part in training opportunities
  • Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
  • Business administrative tasks

Required Skills & Experience

Skills

  • KR Copywriting skills
  • Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension skills
  • Highly organized and meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and is able to display good judgment and decision-making
  • Able to work autonomously and interdependently with the team without guidance or “hand-holding”, yet not uncommunicative and operating in a silo
  • Able to communicate feedback clearly and directly
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows and responsibilities
  • Passionate about peak performance and personal growth
  • Able to work within tight deadlines and meets or exceeds targets
  • Fast learner

Experience

  • Proficient in Google Workspace apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)

Education


  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus. Open to current students.

Nice-to-haves

  • Self-starter. Have started personal projects and seen it to completion with relative success
  • Open-minded
  • Remote working experience with a team
  • Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent
  • Interest in sports or fitness
