Influencer Relations Officer (South Korea, for pooling)

We’re looking for an energetic, organised, strategically-minded Influencer Relations Officer to run HYDRAGUN's influencer marketing campaigns in South Korea.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for managing HYDRAGUN’s South Korean influencer marketing campaigns from end to end. This includes: 

  • Market research and trend analysis to keep abreast of the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community; 
  • Creating detailed campaign proposals, including strategy, messaging, budgeting, and KPIs to measure the campaign’s success; 
  • Executing campaigns, including influencer outreach and communications, relationship management, fee negotiations, and providing support in their content creation process; 
  • Efficient collaboration with other members of the Influencer and Outreach teams as well as external stakeholders, in support of the brand’s initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Graduates from top universities with honors/distinction strongly preferred;
  • At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing strongly preferred;
  • A working knowledge of all the top social media platforms in Korea and the key advertising and marketing options available therein;
  • Knowledge of content marketing and social media marketing strategies; 
  • Languages: excellent written and spoken Korean and good written and spoken English;
  • Excellent communication skills; 
  • Strong people skills, especially in outreach and negotiation, and a strong desire to build relationships for the brand.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with or interest in exploring other Outreach-related roles, including B2B partnerships and business development.
