How long is the warranty for HYDRAGUN?

If within 1.5 years (18 months) from the date of purchase, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, HYDRAGUN Pte. Ltd will repair or replace the product, or necessary components, free of charge.

To send your product in for warranty replacement or repairs, contact our customer support for instructions with your dated proof of purchase.

Our warranty excludes:
(a) physical damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;(b) if product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized parties;
(c) units not used according to HYDRAGUN care instructions;
(d) damage exceeding the cost of the product;
(e) deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the customer’s premises;
(f) failure to provide the dated proof of purchase, and
(g) Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

Can I return HYDRAGUN after I've purchased it?

Our goal is to make sure you have a great experience with HYDRAGUN and your new purchase. However, if in any case you need to return an item, here’s how you can do so.

Do take note of these points when returning a product purchased from HYDRAGUN.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your HYDRAGUN order.

Please be sure to include your original HYDRAGUN order number, or else our team will not be able to issue you a refund. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our support team before shipping your unit, and we would be happy to assist you.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Hydragun.com or Hydragun.sg can be returned to HYDRAGUN.

If your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee will apply.

HYDRAGUN does not cover shipping costs or insurance for returns. Contact our customer support team for a return address.

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

You will be responsible for ensuring the returned product is working and all parts are present.

Do note there will be a 7% restocking fee for all returns.

Can I get a refund after purchasing HYDRAGUN?

Once our HYDRAGUN team receives and inspects your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 7-10 business days. An email confirmation will be sent to the address associated with your order, detailing the amount refunded. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

We do not accept returns/exchanges or allow refunds for individual items.

What if I want to cancel my purchase?

As we work very quickly to ensure the product reaches you as soon as possible, there is an extremely small window of time after an order is confirmed to make any changes. Reach out to us at support@hydragun.com should you need to make any edits to your order.

If you cannot pick the unit up from the original address, HYDRAGUN will then contact you to confirm a desired address change.

If you would like a refund, upon delivery, you can refuse the package and it will be sent back to our warehouse. Once the package has been returned, we will then contact you confirming your refund.

How long will it take to receive my Hydragun?

For orders in Singapore, your HYDRAGUN will reach within 1-2 business days.
Overseas purchases will be delivered in 7-9 business days.

Where do we ship from?

HYDRAGUN is shipped from Singapore. Our delivery partners are Aramex for orders from Singapore and Malaysia, and DHL Express for international orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us at support@hydragun.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

How do I know if this is a real HYDRAGUN?

If the price looks too good to be true, it probably is. People who sell counterfeit products often promote them at just below the normal retail price ($399 SGD/$299 USD), so you presume you're simply receiving a great deal. Taking note of the price is important, although it's not the only consideration.

The counterfeit products and their packaging are similar in appearance to genuine HYDRAGUN products, but they do not meet the high standards of performance found in genuine HYDRAGUN technology. Counterfeiters go to great lengths to make their products look like genuine products.
